📄 Crew & Co Photography – Terms of Service
By booking a session with Crew & Co Photography (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you (“the client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sessions, including full photoshoots, mini sessions, and promotional offers.
1. Booking & Payment
Bookings may be made via our website, phone, or social media messaging (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. No date is secured until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session unless agreed otherwise.
Mini session fees must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
2. Client Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to arrive on time and prepared for the session.
Please ensure pets are appropriately leashed or secured and under control at all times.
If your pet has any behavioural issues, medical needs, or special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
You confirm that you are the legal owner or guardian of any pet photographed or have permission from the owner.
3. Session Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no cost (see our full Refund Policy).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees.
In case of bad weather or photographer illness, we will reschedule your session at the earliest available date.
4. Image Delivery & Usage
Edited digital images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks via Google Drive (unless otherwise agreed).
All images remain the copyright of Crew & Co Photography.
You are granted a personal licence to use purchased digital images for personal use (e.g., printing, sharing on social media).
Commercial clients will receive a licence for business usage when agreed in writing.
5. Image Selection & Editing
You will receive a set number of professionally edited images as outlined in your chosen package.
Raw, unedited images are not available for release or purchase.
We reserve the right to apply our signature style of editing. Requests for major alterations may be subject to an additional fee.
6. Use of Images by Crew & Co Photography
We may use images from your session for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, printed marketing, or exhibitions.
If you would prefer your images are not used publicly, please let us know in writing before or during the session.
7. Mini Sessions
Mini sessions are time-limited and discounted photoshoots.
They are scheduled in blocks and may have specific locations and themes.
Fees are non-refundable. Late arrival may result in a shorter session.
8. Liability
While we take every precaution for safety, Crew & Co Photography is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during a session.
Clients agree to participate at their own risk and ensure the safety and control of their pets.
9. Travel and Location
Standard sessions include travel to locations within a 15-mile radius of Shirebrook.
For sessions outside this area, clients are required to book the UK Travel Add-On Package. This package covers travel to any UK location, including up to 2 nights’ accommodation (if required), mileage, fuel, and any additional expenses necessary to deliver a high-quality, relaxed photography experience.
Where multiple clients in the same area are booking sessions, the travel package fee may be shared to reduce individual costs. Shared sessions must be organised in advance and are subject to availability.
All travel add-ons must be confirmed and paid at the time of booking to secure the session date and location.
10. Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Missed appointments using vouchers may void the voucher unless rescheduled with appropriate notice.
11. Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
